Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with Escape House KSA. Please review our policy regarding payments and refunds:

• Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings and ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, payments made will not be refunded under standard circumstances.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to your reserved time slot by contacting our team.
• Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. If you arrive late, your game time will be shortened accordingly. If you fail to arrive (No-Show), no refund will be issued.
• Venue Closures: In the rare event that Escape House KSA must suspend a session due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, players will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule option.
